Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and destination. U.S. orders of $100 or more receive free shipping automatically at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment at no additional shipping charge.

International Orders

International delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes or cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in progress and may not be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
